Transportation to and from the airport, hotel, and conference will be provided by SAMUN for schools coming from outside of Riyadh.
Male delegates are required to wear blazers, a white shirt, formal pants, and dress shoes. Suits are preferable.
Females delegates are required to wear a formal attire that respects Saudi laws and regulations.
The whole conference will be in English.

Delegates are required to use laptops for debate purposes for the duration of the conference.

Basic THIMUN procedure will be used throughout the conference. The rules of procedure can be found here.

Each committee will follow a resolution debate. This means that delegates will organize into blocks, with each block having its own resolution.

​​Participating delegates are expected to attend the conference prepared with substantial knowledge of their committee's respective topics and pre-written clauses. Delegates are encouraged to be as prepared as possible as this allows for the committee to progress faster and engage in more meaningful and engaging debate.

Each committee will present one Best Delegate Award to a worthy delegate who has stood out in terms of their performance over the duration of the conference. Honorable mentions will also be presented. These will be decided collectively by the chairs of each committee.
